The Lincoln District was one of the six original business districts formed though the City of Tacoma’s Neighborhood Business District Revitalization Program in 1991. Since that time, dedicated volunteers have worked to enhance the neighborhood’s reputation as the South Sound’s international dining and shopping destination.
How to Find Us? The Lincoln District is located on Tacoma’s east side and is bordered by The heart of the district runs along 38th Street from Tacoma Ave. to S. “M” St.
